I have for sale our 2006 Toyota Avensis 2.0 diesel saloon/hatch which we have owned for approaching 5 years. No particular reason for sale, we just fancy a change and have bought a 2006 Rav 4. It has a full service history, with 13 stamps and all but one of those being at a Toyota Dealer, and it was last serviced in June 2017 at 125940 miles – other service history is listed below. It has a full 12 month MOT running to 15 October 2018, and has just had fitted new front discs and brakes. We have the V5, two keys and all documentation. If you are looking at this car it is because you want an affordable, highly reliable car with good miles per gallon. Well, this is it – it has never let us down, there are no concerns mechanically, no warning lights on the dash, and I’m confident there’s a few more years in her yet. The car is 11 years old and whilst it is in very good condition inside and out, there are some scuffs and scratches to the bodywork, as one might expect. We have no pets and don’t smoke. Only thing not working properly is the air conditioning – there must be a small leak as it is not holding pressure after re-gas meaning no ice-chilled air I’m afraid: you could fix it of course, but I didn’t think there was much point given our lack of summer! In this T3-X version you also get some good extras including: alloy wheels; electrically adjustable and retractable mirrors; 2 zone climate control; cruise control; automatic headlights; rain-sensing front wipers, auto-dimming rear view mirror; front fogs; space saver spare wheel.
