The engine is sound, it starts every time and never misses a beat. It has a full-service history – last serviced July 2016. Full set of new tyres March 2016. Front pads replaced in the last 6 months and rear disks and pads replaced last year. Timing belt replaced at the correct intervals and clutch and flywheel replaced three years ago. The car will not stay in 5th gear, It has not been a problem because it will still average around 50 mpg so I have been happy with that.
