Full Face organic drive plate for everyday use. Weighted precisely to ensure decisive gear changes and increased acceleration. Preserves low end torque and driveability. Race feel engagement and an extended life with the organic full face material. A high performance pressure plate to allow for greater power. Will allow much more aggressive driving and gear changes. Can handle the majority of performance enhancing remaps. Where applicable we have’dished’ the flywheel so it can take the cage of our sprung drive plate. Ensuring the dampening effect of the standard Dual Mass Flywheel can be transferred to the sprung drive plate found in CG Motorsports full face kits. As the 666 Series Clutch kit comes with a SMF there is a chance you may experience some harmonically transmitted noises when installing this kit. This type of noise is normal and acceptable in motorsport application but will vary from vehicle to vehicle. Most of these noises are covered up by the dual mass flywheel and are extremely difficult to hide when running a single mass. These noises do not in any way affect the performance of the flywheel. CG Motorsport recommends a new slave cylinder is sourced where possible and original flywheel bolts to be used with this kit. A 500-mile break in is required with this clutch. If your vehicle uses a mechanical release bearing, this will be included in the kit. Concentric Slave Cylinders are not included. All vehicle details/vehicle registration must be provided before we process your order. No items will be sent without full vehicle details given. At CG Motorsport we deliver all of your hand-built clutch solutions with care. All of our orders are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. Orders to Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and other off-shore territories will incur an additional charge. For orders to the UK mainland, the courier used is Interlink. Weekends & Bank Holidays. Our couriers do not work on UK bank holidays, so please allow extra time for deliveries around national holidays. Out of Stock Orders. As a rule of thumb, we always ensure that all parts to produce a full kit are kept in stock at all times. This means we are able to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) to yourself. Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt of the item. You can have your order delivered to a work address or fitting station subject to reasonable distance. If you are taking your car to a third party garage, we always advise to never pre-book your vehicle in for items to be fitted prior to them arriving. We need to be informed of the request to return the goods, in writing within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. This charge will reflect any damage or repair needed to the item and could be set at an amount upto and including the full original cost of the item. If our courier delivers late please let us know. If we deliver the wrong part then we will pay the collection charge for the wrong parts. If we sent out the wrong parts then we will pay to collect the wrong ones and get the right parts out to you at no extra cost to yourself. We will send out an Interlink Courier driver to collect the item, if you decide to arrange your own courier we cannot pay them. Once the items are back at our premises, we will be able to inspect the items and replace your order at no extra cost.
