This car was bought to get me around after being made redundant during the pandemic, as I had to return my company car. Had a few jobs done to it by a local professional mechanic. A great workhorse, solid all-round, a few scuffs and paint chips, just what you’d expect for a car this age. It had an oil leak from the rocker cover when I bought it, where the previous owner had a liquid gasket repair done, now replaced with a genuine/original Toyota rubber gasket. New nearside front wheel bearing. Has been very reliable and managed to get around 52 mpg on a run, 35 mpg local. Just passed its MOT with’no advisories’.
